Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, a shared device, or any other method — is a serious violation of these Terms. All accounts found to be duplicates will be suspended and any funds held therein may be forfeited.

When registering your 36niceph account, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

36niceph may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any stage. This may include requesting copies of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in account restrictions, withdrawal holds, or account closure.

36niceph accepts deposits via the following Philippine local payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the deposit interface at the time of transaction.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is in your name. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to a third party are not permitted and may be reversed. Any winnings derived from third-party deposits are subject to forfeiture.

Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). 36niceph does not accept cryptocurrency or foreign currency deposits. Conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

The following general bonus rules apply to all 36niceph promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements: Most deposit bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). You must wager the bonus amount multiplied by this figure before the bonus is converted to withdrawable funds.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and a game round has started, it cannot be cancelled

If 36niceph has reasonable grounds to suspect prohibited conduct, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation without prior notice. Any funds associated with confirmed prohibited conduct will be forfeited and, where applicable, reported to relevant authorities.

36niceph may suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant; any balance held in a dormant account is subject to monthly administration charges as disclosed in the fee schedule
• A player's request to close their own account
• Compliance with a legal requirement, court order, or instruction from a regulatory authority
• Discovery that a player is ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting 36niceph support. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to pending KYC completion and any applicable withdrawal processing times.
